Credit Score Companies Review

Question: Can a credit card company close my accout even If i have made all the payments ontime?
They stated that they did a review on my credit and noticed that i had too much debt. I payed off the account, but by doing this they lowered my available credit by alot thus affecting my debt to credit ratio. Thus affecting my Credit Score. I have made ever single payment on time. Was it legal for them to do this?
Answer: they do what they want whenever they want. they can even change the rules whenever they want. its called change of terms. course you can opt out but to do so means they can close your account and demand payment in full. alot of peoples credit has been ruined by this. even if you had perfect credit and never missed a payment kept your balance below 20% of your limit. they lower the limit. your balance is closer to the limit then they raise interest. your payment goes up. meanwhile your Credit Score drops . theyre trying to scrape every penny they can while they can before you get laid off and default on your card.
