Credit Score Married

Question: Is a married couple's Credit Score linked?
Let say if the wife did not pay a certain bill for some reasons, and her Credit Score goes down. Will it damage the husband's Credit Score at the same time? Or should the couple's Credit Score be independent from each others?
Answer: If it's just one name on the account, it will not affect the other's Credit Score. What it will do is affect you if you are trying to get a loan together.
If you want to buy a house you are going to want both of your names (and incomes) on the home loan. When they do the credit check, they take the lower of the two people's scores so then it will definitely affect you.
