Chapter 7 And Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Part Three

Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, which is best for me? Part III

Overall, filing for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy is less drastic than Chapter 7. With Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, your assets are taken away such as your home or other non exempt assets.

Although, the debts are gone, you lose most of your assets with Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. On the other hand, your debts are not wiped clean with Chapter 13 Bankruptcy but you are given a second chance to repay your debts in most cases. (With an ugly scar on your Credit Report, of course.)

Choosing between Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy can be difficult. This article has outlined four differences between Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. This is only the tip of the iceberg, however, and there are many more differences on our website; some that favor Chapter 7 and others Chapter 13. Choosing the one that is right for you should not be taken lightly, so you owe it to yourself to learn more about the bankruptcy process.

Credit Score Of 600 Car Loan

credit score of 600 car loan
Question: how do i raise my Credit Score?

I want to get a higher Credit Score for when i take out a loan for a car. My score is currently 708 and want it to be higher. I currently have three cards. Only one card has a balance on it and its about $600 from when i bought a tv. My understanding is that i should first pay this off and then keep use no more then 30 percent off the limit on one of card and always pay it off at the end of the month.

Answer: Keep your credit card balances below 30% of their available credit.
You can achieve perfect scores by charging little things each month like gas and food, and paying it in full each month.
Carrying balances can actually ruin your credit worthiness.

Question: Business Mailing Lists And Credit Score?

I need to get business lists listing boutiques, groceries stores (or any other small business) in the USA. If is possible I even would like to get their credit status (if good or bad).

Do anyone know where I can buy or get that information?

Thank you

Answer: Try it for free.... If you go to your local or a large library in your area, ask to use their computer and log on to Reference USA you'll find up to 13 million businesses large and small and you can do searches by zip codes, company size, company revenues, number of employees, SIC code (vertical markets) credit ratings, owner's names, etc..

this site is very expensive if you want to use from home or the office but it is free at the library. You can take a memory stick with you and save all the info. you want on a spreadsheet.
