Answer: Hi

If you're just using the computer for downloading music and videos, as well as online games, this computer is totally unnecessary. This PC qualifies as a gaming computer used for high-end applications.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Incase you play SERIOUS games (not online ones), I will evaluate your system.

1. Firstly, 8192 MB (8 GB) of RAM is a sheer overhaul and you will NEVER need that amount for many, many years to come. Having 8 Gigs of RAM installed can slow down the performance of any game, believe it or not, because of the huge amount of memory present.

2. Secondly, a 700 watt power supply is great, but the company isn't being specific...You don't want a 700 watt generic-brand power supply. Look for quality and reliable brands that have decent reviews - they will last exceptionally longer. Try 'Antec power supply' as a starting point.

3. Thirdly, the 9800 GT graphics card is reasonably good and should play a wide range of games on the current market. However, within two years or so, I question whether it will have the potential to run SERIOUS games effectively.

4. Intel Core 2 extreme processor is excellent - essentially it's a quad core. 3.66GHz intel is rather average though, but it will be fine.

5. The price of $2,900 is RIDIUCLOUS! It is absolutely over-priced to the max. My gaming computer now is very good and it cost nowhere near this one.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

All in all, it is fairly good for SERIOUS gaming, and the only component you will need to upgrade later is the accelerator card (9800 GT). I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH, DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER IF YOU'RE NOT A SERIOUS GAMER.

As I said before, If you're just downloading music, videos and online games buy a $500 PC. Here's my recommendation:

* 1 GB RAM
* Dual core processor (better for running multiple windows). AMD 2.0 GHz at least, or Intel 3.0Ghz at least.
*9800 pro - a cheap display adapter which will play runescape on high-definiton and world of warcraft, plus any other online game.

Glad to help.
