Question: Did anyone believe that I would win against Citibank?

Here's the short version of the story: Citibank improperly reported me to the credit reporting agencies. I had all the proper documentation, and they rescinded their report. Can you believe it??? Score one for the little guy!

At some point I would have just said screw this...which is what they want you to do.
(they gotta pay those big fat bonuses somehow)

It happened to me and I just played dead...I paid the damn fee and just felt raped every time I saw that name....Thanks to you, I probably will at least TRY to argue about it! Thanks for writing both questions.....you have inspired others but more importantly, you have made it easier for the next person to fight this kind of bullshyt!
